Roman Numeral Dice

Description

These dice are 6-sided with Roman numerals I, ii, iii, IV, V and vi to represent the chords in a major key. (Chord 7 is excluded since it is diminished and therefore used more rarely.)

This die is a standard small-size (16mm) and is sold individually.

Ideas for using these dice:

• Roll and student has to name and play chord in a given key for quick review
• Create chord patterns by rolling a few times in a row
• Use in place of a regular die in any game so students get used to Roman numerals
• Roll to decide the number of times they need to play a section of a piece you’re working on, a scale or anything else they need to repeat!
