Aural Opposites Dice

Description

These dice are 6-sided with aural opposites that all beginners need to know: short/long, loud/soft and high/low. After they’ve mastered these, try the aural opposites notation dice!

This is die is larger than average (30mm) and is sold individually.

Ideas for using these dice:

• Roll and student has to play a note that way for quick review
• Roll to decide how you will improvise together
• Roll twice and compose a piece using those properties
• Play a note and have your student show you the correct side of the die to match
• Roll and student has to say the correct musical word for that concept (e.g. they roll “high” and need to say “treble”)
