How to Use

  • The note flashcards can be used alone, or with the assistance of a “Key Card”.
  • Choose one Key Card from the selection (full staff, mneumonics, landmark notes, or line and space words).
  • Place the keycard in front of the student and have them go through the flashcards refering to the Key Card when necessary.
  • As the student progresses, try placing the Key Card face down so that the student only turns and looks at it when they really need to.
  • You can choose which Key Card to use based on your teaching style, or use a different Key Card each time to assess which method the student best responds to, before deciding on the preferred Key Card for each individual student.
